And your always-on availability is the only tool you have in store that ensures your loyal customers are not tempted to try competitor brands.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retailers Care About Your Product! But Not For The Same Reasons You Do.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Retailers are always ready to take advantage of CPG\u2019s eagerness to win shelf space positioning and more than happy to work more closely with CPG brands who invest in prime shelf positioning\u2026 obviously.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/ctSkrHLMuXuoKbYaL7CUFL5oItYQT2_v3wShsYYSUSnHP9AapOU6iTvftgXmy01u4V-3dSl5sAPEATVzq6DhUycN_VVPjF1IKs-vOOB79r6JQigfxHhm0pyd9CPs5wLLSXt9t__D7BacFIKKDwZwdVCwEk6Ic7mJmuc6LzouLFORp7xWuTrHuAezrEzEVA\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>But winning the space is only the first step in the race for brand visibility, now CPG\u2019s have to ensure availability and pricing strategy are always on and executed correctly to convert both loyal and new customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many brands lose untold thousands in revenue every day by having poor on-shelf merchandising standards, a lost sale usually results in a win for your competitor and a huge opportunity to convert your loyal customer over to the \u201cdark side\u201d. This also means you run the risk of losing the customer lifetime value of that customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are some of the more common problems that can restrict a customer from choosing your product\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorrect pricing and label strategy which has not been updated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Displays which do not reflect your tried and tested layout strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soon-to-expire products pushed behind newer stocks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empty shelf and full stockroom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotions not executed correctly&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New products not to arriving on-shelf at the correct time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While it may seem like common sense and easy fix, imagine what happens when you try to scale these simple fixes \u2013 in just one single chain with 2000 stores across the country? Impossible right?
